Plan B is a cloud-based project management tool designed to help teams collaborate, manage tasks, and track project progress.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with various pricing plans. You agree to pay all fees specified in your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant Plan B the right to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may terminate your account at any time. Plan B reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Plan B reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
